Hmmm ... I think I'm not ready to write a blog post about yoga especially today when I missed my yoga class.While I was making a report in the office my body and my mind were doing yoga like a diva.
In yoga each exercise has it's own name and meaning. Imagine a soldier or a tree... They are yoga positions' names. And now welcome the reality how they looks like in real life.
